Speakers & Content Manager

Join ChangeNOW, a leading platform for environmental and social impact. As a Speakers & Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for content creation, logistics coordination, and ensuring a great experience for speakers during events. This is a part-time remote position based in Paris, starting in September 2025.

Key missions

The position

Job description

As Speakers & Content Coordinator, your mission involves:

Content Creation

  • Work closely with the team to contribute to the creation of the conferences for ChangeNOW 2026 by researching and analyzing editorial topics, identifying top speakers, writing conference descriptions, etc.

  • Develop long-lasting relationships with key speakers and their teams

Logistics coordination

  • Manage the speaker relations - solicit the targeted speakers and coordinate with them until the summit:

    • carry out a call to get to know them/their work and explain the speaking opportunity to them/convince them to join us

    • onboard them logistics-wise once they confirm their participation

    • use Airtable and Miro to manage speaker information

  • Contribute to the logistical aspects of the conferences: preparing technical documents, ensure all information has been gathered from the speakers, and handle the “operations” part of the conferences on the days of the event(s)

  • Contribute to the successful carrying out of the conferences and ensure speakers have a great experience during the events!

Practical information:

  • Start September 2025 (fixed-term contract)

  • Remuneration: according the candidate’s profile

  • Location: based in Paris near Bastille. Part-time remote work allowed.

Experience

  • Project management: ability to manage a schedule, meet deadlines and follow-up with project stakeholders

  • Speaker management or general events management is a plus

Qualities

  • Reliable, autonomous & rigorous, with a high standard of execution.

  • Persuasive & integrative thinking

  • Writing skills (personalized emails, conference descriptions etc)

  • Curious: to learn, to get to know people, to increase your knowledge of all the topics we explore at ChangeNOW

  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration

  • Ability to interact with high-level profiles and to adapt to different types of profiles

  • Full professional fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
