As Head of Communications & Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the global communications and marketing strategy of ChangeNOW — both for the annual summit and for our high-impact initiatives throughout the year.
Your Responsibilities
Design and implement the global communications and marketing strategy for the annual summit and year-round ChangeNOW activities.
Coordinate the execution of the annual action plan — before, during, and after the summit — ensuring alignment, consistency, and impact across all channels and initiatives.
Ensure visibility, editorial coherence, and relevance of all communication efforts, including the co-creation of impactful campaigns.
Lead and inspire a team of 10+ communications and marketing professionals.
Develop and evolve ChangeNOW’s brand identity in line with its growing ecosystem and activities.
Define the summit’s yearly visual identity and tone of voice with the founders, and oversee the creation of all related communication materials. Ensure partners’ visibility aligns with ChangeNOW’s editorial guidelines and brand values.
Supervise website redesign projects in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Collaborate with all departments to centralize, synthesize, and distribute content and key messages.
Oversee social media strategy and execution in collaboration with the Community Manager.
Define and drive a 360° marketing strategy alongside the Marketing Manager, including paid media (SEA), print, agenda listings, partnerships, and more.
Manage the marketing team with a strong results-driven mindset to achieve targets related to audience growth, ticket sales, and engagement quality.
Collaborate with the Media Partnerships Manager to identify, negotiate, and activate high-impact media partnerships in France and internationally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, media outlets, and influencers, both in France and abroad.
Oversee all PR activities, including drafting and distributing press releases in both English and French.
Develop public speaking opportunities and exposure for ChangeNOW’s founders and leadership team.
Ensure consistent and transparent internal communication to align teams around ChangeNOW’s mission, priorities, and key milestones. You will support a strong internal culture by facilitating the flow of information across departments, enhancing team cohesion, and promoting engagement throughout the organization.

Experience
8+ years of experience in marketing and communications, including several years in a team management role.
Proven track record in event communications and/or high-growth projects or brands.
Solid understanding of the media landscape, including press, digital, and influencer ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
Hands-on experience with operational communication tools and platforms.
Bonus:
Experience in the environmental, social impact, or purpose-driven sector is a strong plus.
Background in entrepreneurial or startup environments is highly valued.
