Job description

YOUR ROLE

In CEVA Logistics the role of OTC Credit Management Specialist (OTC Specialist) supports OTC Global Credit Management Head in establishing and enforcing credit terms at customer onboarding, ensuring adherence to the Global Credit Policy, and monitoring credit risk across the Order To Cash cycle. This role collaborates with Regions, Global Commercial, Operations, and Finance to manage credit limits, risk ratings, credit insurance program, securitization follow-up, dispute resolution and billing-related deviation requests.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

  • Credit limit governance and onboarding: define, approve, and monitor customer credit limits with Finance; onboarding alignment with Credit Policy.
  • Credit risk monitoring and reporting: Maintain accurate credit files and risk ratings across portfolios.
  • Escalate top-management high-risk exposures; propose mitigations or holds.
  • Monitor risk indicators and utilization; maintain risk dashboards; escalate deterioration.
  • Securitization: prepare monitoring reports; ensure respect of regional cut-offs; KPI alignment.
  • ICAP deviations: flag, justify, document; assess cash flow and risk impact.
  • Credit Insurance: verify guarantees; act on refusals/excess; apply mitigations.
  • Cash Allocation and AR reports: monitor unapplied & unidentified cash; month-end allocations; review AR errors.
  • AR Monthly/Cut Off Reports (KPI): review, reconcile and restore issue, consolidate data and report to GHO OTC.
  • Provide training and guidance on regional teams on Credit Policy.
  • Effective collaboration with global customers and internal stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?

  • Education & Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics, Finance

 

  • Experience: 5 yr of experience in an international company in area of OTC, risk assessment, control or control functions with a strong knowledge of the business, preferred in international environment. Team player with the ability to partner with agencies. Extensive knowledge of all aspects of OTC analytics and operations.

 

  • Specialist Knowledge & Skills: IT literacy, Analytics skills, Excel Reporting and English fluency. Good understanding of Finance concepts for Excel and Presentation capability with Power Point desirable.

 

  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Autonomous and able to work effectively with overseas stakeholders, Proactive and comfortable making decisions under high pressure, Good leadership and communication skills, Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the highest productivity and quality levels.
