YOUR ROLE
You will actively contribute to the preparation and renewal of the company's quality certifications by updating the necessary documentation required to obtain and maintain certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, TISAX, etc.). You will work closely with various department managers to develop processes and ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and certification standards. You will also regularly monitor changes in standards to maintain the company’s compliance.
As a Quality apprentice, you will participate in the implementation and monitoring of the quality management system by supporting the deployment of procedures and ensuring that processes comply with current standards. You will also be involved in drafting and updating quality procedures and documents, ensuring that all manuals, work instructions, and forms are properly listed and easily accessible.
You will take part in internal audits to verify process compliance and help prepare the necessary documentation for external audits, supporting auditors throughout the process. You will analyze non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and prevent their recurrence.
Finally, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring quality performance indicators, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing regular reports for management and operational teams. You will also contribute to raising awareness and training staff on quality best practices by organizing training sessions and promoting quality culture within the teams.
WHAT WILL YOUR MISSIONS BE?
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Quality Apprentice to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Quality & Claims Manager, you will take part in various missions:
