CEVA Logistics Ground & Rail France, a recognized leader in finished vehicle logistics, is looking for a work-study intern to join our Liner division within the Business Process Excellence unit.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the global customer experience.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist teams in the development and implementation of projects aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Participate in the analysis of operational processes to identify improvement levers and propose relevant recommendations.

  • Collaborate with various departments (operations, quality, customer service) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in customer excellence initiatives.

  • Contribute to the collection, monitoring, and analysis of performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Support internal communication regarding improvement projects to foster team engagement and awareness.

  • Assist with the deployment of best practices and established procedures within the Liner division.

 

Profile Sought:

 

  • Currently pursuing higher education (Bachelor’s to Master’s level) in logistics, business, customer relationship management, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in logistics, customer satisfaction, and process improvement.

  • Ability to analyze data and propose pragmatic solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Autonomy, rigor, and initiative are essential qualities for success in this role.

  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills.

  • A first experience or internship in logistics or customer service would be an advantage.

  • You have a working proficiency in English.
