In this role, you have the opportunity to

As developer, you are responsible for;

• Designing the technical solution that meets the functional specifications.

• Participating in the technical choices in accordance with the architecture choices established by the project managers.

• Developing software in accordance with development standards and procedures.

• Integrating your developments into the product and maintaining them.

• Creating and maintaining the CI/CD pipelines necessary for the deployment of our solution.

• Writing the necessary technical documents.

• Estimating the time required to complete your tasks. 

• Updating the time spent on your tasks to facilitate tracking.

Your Lead missions involve;

• Being responsible for the software quality of the Product.

• You have relational and methodological skills enabling the team to improve its skills.

• You enjoy leading a team and you naturally assume your role as leader.

• You motivate and challenge the team.

• You are the interface between management and the team.

• You ensure that work is assigned to the right people and distributed correctly.

• You ensure that the team follows the procedures and quality objectives defined at the start of the project.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;

• Have a background in computer development or significant experience.

• Solid experience in C# development (5 to 10 years), especially on Visual Studio platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of the .NET environment.

• Solid experience with Angular.

• Mastery of GIT, an AZURE DevOps type tool.

• The ability to convey your ideas and solutions clearly, concisely, to convince stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.

And preferably, you have experience with

• DevOps

• Cloud Development (Azure)

• Experience in the healthcare field
