This role covers following activities

• Facilitate the Agile ceremonies and rituals of the Team in order to create an environment where the Team is effective and collaborating smoothly
• Drive the Team during sprints giving them the isolated environment and the good atmosphere for effective work
• Orchestrate clearing obstacles and impediments by the Team to ensure the iterative and fast delivery in order to create high value Products
• Support and help with the dependencies outside of the Team
• Help the Team to effectively manage the Product Backlog with the Product Owner and support the next sprint planning
• Participate in the Life and the Ceremonies of the Teams (my Squad, Tribe & Chapter), constantly sharing our Agile Values & Principles
• Promote, as a change agent, new ways of working, efficient communication & interaction between Squad members, outside the Squad and with stakeholders

Your profile

• Fluent English, because you will be comunicating with other colleagues from EMEA region
• At least 5+ years experience as Scrum Master - important to say, we are not looking for an Agile Coach, these two positions and separeted in Cardif
• Experience in SW development for customers facing applications (digital) in an Agile/Scrum Scaled Framework
• Ability to understand, explain and support change
• Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment
• Ability to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training
• Ability to adopt and promote Agile Mindset
• Be a Doer: handle the preparation of Ceremonies and help the Teams solving their problems and impediments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, but yet a good team player with focus on delivery
• Due to our international set-up you will be travelling time to time
