The position

Job description

Our company is under the wings of the French BNP Paribas. The star logo is familiar to most people thanks to the sponsorship of the biggest tennis tournaments. We're looking for an IT Analyst who will help us understand business needs, shape solutions, and improve our systems. You'll work closely with developers, testers, architects, and business teams across the full delivery cycle.

This role covers following activities

  • Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, technically compatible solutions
  • Create API definitions and functional specifications (Front-end & Back-end)
  • Support Agile squads and Waterfall projects
  • Participate in planning, testing, incident analysis and data migration
  • Support daily run activites and incidents in CEE region
  • Create and decribe user stories deliverable in one sprint

Your profile

  • Fluent English (at least B2 level) and Czech/Slovak
  • Strong communication skills and proactive approach
  • Ability to understand complex systems and propose improvements
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, KAFKA, Postman
  • Knowledge of UML/BPMN and process-oriented work
  • Technical backfground - banking/insurance domain is an advantage
