We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily support and smooth operation of our Core System Applications used across several countries in continental Europe.

This role covers following activities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Core System Applications
• Analyze and resolve application incidents in collaboration with delivery and L3 support teams (developers)
• Handle L2 support in both PRE-PROD and PROD environments
• Meet SLAs for incident response and resolution times
• Support end users and business analysts by resolving issues efficiently
• Bridge between business and development
• Monitor system performance and applications to ensure stable operations
• Document and share technical solutions
• Become knowledgeable of business application processes

Your profile

• Fluent English – written and spoken (min. B2)
• Previous experience in a similar application support or IT operation role
• Working knowledge with MSSQL
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux (advantage) – basic commands, log analysis, windows services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Very good organizational ability to push priorities to deadlines
