At Carbometrix, we help financial institutions and companies measure and reduce their carbon footprint. Every client we sign is one more organization taking its emissions seriously. To accelerate this mission, we’re looking for someone who will make our brand shine, feed our pipeline, and turn every touchpoint into an opportunity.
Carbometrix is organized around three core divisions: Climate Advisory, Product, and Business. You’ll be part of the Business team, working in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships (Agathe), at the intersection of brand building and revenue generation.
Concretely, you’ll be the person who turns a webinar into a blog article, an event into pipeline, a newsletter into lasting engagement. You’ll own the marketing execution end-to-end, and keep our CRM running smoothly so that Sales can spend more time doing what they do best: selling.
This role is for you if:
You want to see the direct impact of your work on a company that matters, from day one;
You’re just as comfortable writing a compelling case study as optimizing a contact management workflow;
You genuinely enjoy juggling strategy and execution, content creation and performance analysis;
You’re proactive and autonomous, you spot opportunities for improvement without being asked.
Content & brand You’ll be at the heart of our editorial output: case studies, monthly newsletter, articles, LinkedIn posts, sales decks. You’ll work closely with our consultants to turn their expertise into content that convinces and converts.
Webinars & events We have three types of events: webinars, external events and our own events. You’ll run our webinars end-to-end, from setup on Livestorm to post-event distribution, speaker coordination, and performance tracking. You’ll also manage our presence at external events (trade shows, conferences): attendee list collection, cross-referencing with HubSpot, reach-out campaigns with Sales, and ROI tracking post event. For our own events, you’ll handle full logistics and post-event follow-ups to maximize conversion.
CRM & campaigns You’ll manage our marketing segments and contacts in HubSpot, run email campaigns, and send our newsletter. You’ll build and monitor performance dashboards, define KPIs for your actions, and iterate accordingly. You’ll proactively identify ways to use AI to automate and drive more impact.
You’ll keep our CRM (HubSpot) running smoothly: workflows, properties, reports, database hygiene, and Notion documentation. A smaller scope, but a structural one, what you do here frees up time for the entire sales team.
You have 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and a Master’s degree (business, engineering, digital, marketing, data) and you’re looking for a role where you can touch everything, take initiative, grow fast, and have real impact.
You’re comfortable with tools in general and enjoy discovering new ones. Our marketing and sales stack: HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Canva, Livestorm. You like working with data, producing analyses, measuring the impact of your actions, and iterating. Marketing without measurement isn’t your thing. Experience in a start-up (Fintech, Greentech…) is a plus.
Fluency in both English and French is required. You’ll present, write content, and collaborate with the team and stakeholders in French and English on a daily basis.
What matters most: your curiosity, your organizational skills, your analytical mindset and your business sense.
Why join Carbometrix?
You’ll join a human-sized team working on topics that matter. You’ll have direct visibility into the results of your actions, no pointless reporting, no silos. Just you, your scope, and the satisfaction of watching a company grow partly because of what you do.
At Carbometrix, we believe a company grows when its people do. We’re a structure that recognizes potential, gives responsibility early, and genuinely invests in its team’s development. If you’re ambitious, eager to learn on the ground, and want to grow fast - you’re in the right place.
