Recruitment process

At Camptocamp, people are at the heart of everything we do, and this starts from the first interview. We want to make sure you are comfortable and prove that Camptocamp is a company where you will feel happy. The first step is a 30-minute interview with our People & Culture team (Axel, Emmanuelle) via googlemeet to discuss your motivations.

After that, you’ll have a longer exchange with a panel of recruiters, including the team leader, to validate your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills (our values and behaviors).

You will be able to ask your last questions and cover everything related to the administrative and salary topics during a final exchange with a person from the People & Culture team or the recruiting team.
