To strengthen our Business Solutions team in Zurich/Olten, we are looking for an ERP Consultant | Focus on Logistics.

The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. We are structured in self-organized, goal-oriented teams. Our motto is “Excellence, together”: we aim to work in synergy with our customers, in a spirit of collaboration and quality.

Our ERP is called Odoo. Since 2006, Camptocamp is the first official “Gold” Odoo partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which Camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

Your day as a an ERP Consultant | Focus on Logistics

  • You will guide our customers through the implementation of their Odoo ERP solution, with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

  • You analyze, understand, and translate customer needs into clear functional requirements.

  • You configure Odoo to align perfectly with these needs.

  • You draft precise specifications for custom developments.

  • You test, validate, and demonstrate new functionalities to clients.

  • You train and support users, ensuring smooth adoption of the solution.

  • You’re not afraid to challenge assumptions and guide customers toward the best possible processes and tools.

Preferred experience

Your profile

Your essential skills for success in this role

  • Degree in IT, Business, Logistics or a related field (Bachelor/Master or equivalent).

  • +5 years of experience in ERP consulting, including configuration and deployment.

  • +3 years working with Odoo solutions.

  • Solid experience in logistics and process optimization.

  • Fluent in German and English — French is a plus!

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to lead and structure discussions at all levels, including C-Level.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proven ability to build trust and deliver value.

  • Organized, thorough, and pragmatic, able to manage priorities effectively.

  • Committed to delivering real business impact while respecting timelines and budgets.

  • A true team player — empathetic, collaborative, and comfortable in a multicultural environment.

  • Valid work permit for Switzerland.

Start date: Immediately or by arrangement.

Location: Zurich, Olten with the possibility of working from home part of the time.

Work rate: We are flexible and you choose between 80% and 100%.
