Your team & responsibilities

You will join the B2B team and report directly to the Chief Business Officer. You will be responsible for developing Cafeyn B2B offers across the DACH Marke and across multiple verticals such as Employee Benefits / Corporate Benefits, Education, Libraries, Corporates.

Your missions

  • Refine and localize Cafeyn’s B2B value proposition for the German market, ensuring.

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: lead negotiations with multiple stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Legal, Management), drive pricing, contract terms, and commercial structure, bring deals to signature with high autonomy and accountability, act as the primary closer for the DACH region.

  • Contributing to vertical expertise by gathering market intelligence, competitor insights, and best practices, helping refine our playbooks and go-to-market approach.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to structure deals and align on execution.

  • This is a hands-on, results-driven senior sales role, requiring a mix of commercial hunting skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

Who are we looking for?

You are at the right place if you have

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, ideally in digital media, SaaS, subscription platforms, content or technology businesses

  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals with multiple stakeholders (HR / People & Culture / Benefits teams, Procurement, Legal, Management, IT)

  • Strong experience managing full sales cycles end-to-end, from prospecting to contract signature

  • Solid exposure to annual contracts, multi-year agreements, renewals and contract extensions, with an upsell and long-term value mindset

  • Solid grasp of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)

  • Clear understanding of pricing, margins, contract structures and deal profitability in a B2B subscription or licensing environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey Cafeyn’s value proposition with impact

  • Fluent in German & English; additional European languages are a strong asset

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, and target-driven, with a collaborative spirit and passion for digital media and tech

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with potential to evolve toward a Country Lead / DACH Lead role as the business scales
