Your role at Buzz Brothers:

You will be part of the Creative department (+45 creative people) and reporting to our Executive Creative Directors.

You will work closely with our Art Directors, UI Designers, UX, Digital Strategists and the Technical team. You will also collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers on every project.

On a daily basis you’ll work on a large range of projects including international eCom & brand platforms, apps, AR/VR experiences, and many more!

As a Senior Digital Art Director, you will:
- Concept and create art directions and design systems for digital platforms, based on strategic and UX approaches.
- Design complex digital interfaces, websites, apps, or AR/VR experiences.
- Build design recommendations in close collaboration with the UX and Technical teams.
- Coordinate and oversee designers on your projects to meet deadlines and the quality.
- Present, explain and sell your work & thinking to teams and clients.

What makes us eager to know you…

You are a digital native with extensive experience as an Art Director in digital agencies or digital studios (8+ years).
You are a kick-ass interface designer. Sketch, XD and Figma are your best friends!
You see the world with responsive design eyes, and design your mockups through the lens of efficient user journeys.
You understand branding & how to make it breathe on digital platforms.
You are fluent in UX & and familiar with standard web technologies; you love to talk about them with experts for hours on end!
You are a team player who’s always looking for solutions; always taking UX & technical requirements as creative challenges.
You are proactive & eager to keep BuzzBrothers at the forefront of digital creativity.
You are able to work in an agile environment with a focus on final products that meet users’ real needs.
You can work autonomously when required.
You are fluent in English (international environment: clients and colleagues).
