We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team and work on one of our key international clients.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, fast-moving projects in an international environment, interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders across markets. As part of the client services team, you will support the Account Director in delivering high-quality work while gaining hands-on experience in project and client management.
Core Responsibilities
Projects
● Assist in project setup, including creating project timelines, to-do lists, and status reports
● Coordinate internal and external resources and manage project-related operational & administrative tasks
● Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation and archives
● Help monitor project progress and flag potential issues to Senior Accounts
● Assist in quality control processes, ensuring deliverables meet agency standards before client presentation
● Learn and apply agency project management tools and methodologies
People
● Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams across departments to facilitate smooth project execution
● Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, seeking guidance from senior team members and applying feedback constructively
● Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by maintaining a helpful and collaborative attitude
Business
● Develop a foundational understanding of the agency’s service offerings and business model
● Demonstrate curiosity and build knowledge about client’s industry.
● Learn to track project financials and billable hours under the guidance of senior team members.
● Gain exposure to the financial aspects of project management through shadowing and supportive tasks.
Clients
● Support senior team members in day-to-day client communications and relationship management
● Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and assist with meeting minutes.
● Assist in organizing client events, workshops, and presentations
● Learn to proactively address small requests
1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and collaborative environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured team.
Fluency in both English and French is required.
