Botmind est une startup qui simplifie l’usage de l’intelligence artificielle pour le support client dans l’e-commerce.
Créé en 2018, Botmind permet aux e-commerçants d’améliorer l’expérience client et d’augmenter les ventes en répondant de manière automatique aux questions fréquentes et chronophages sur les canaux conversationnels (live chat). Avant Botmind et la création du concept de chatbot hybride (Humains et Intelligence artificielle sur le même canal) il n’y avait que deux options pour la gestion du support client : le tout humain qui est difficilement scalable sur les fortes périodes d’activité et le tout automatisé (chatbot classique) qui est très déceptif en termes d’expérience client.
Fondée par deux spécialistes du SaaS et du e-commerce, l’équipe s’est agrandie pour améliorer le produit et répondre au mieux aux besoins des e-commerçants.
Entreprise jeune et dynamique, Botmind a pour ambition de révolutionner le monde de la relation client avec sa vision des chatbot hybrides.
Descriptif du poste
Motivation message to send in English + insist on you business development experience.
First experience in business development/ sales/ Lead generation mandatory.
Organization and Rigor:
You contribute to the commercial development of the company by making sure that there are always companies in the business developers’ pipeline.
You are well organized to be able to give advice and make decisions on which customer segments to address first.
You identify the key contacts in the companies we contact and keep the CRM (Hubspot) up to date.
You send emailing campaings et follow up prospects.
You are evaluated on the number of demo booked monthly.
Profil recherché
We are looking for ambitious, attentive and curious profiles with :
Knowledge of collaborative work tools (Google doc, drive, slack etc.).
At least a first experience in SDR or lead management/ CRM management.
Good interpersonal skills to work in collaboration with sales and our partners.
Outstanding organizational skills.
