Role Overview
As the Revenue Enablement Director at Botify, you will be pivotal in architecting and executing the enablement strategy across the organization. Your role will focus on aligning enablement initiatives with Botify's revenue goals, ensuring that the revenue teams are well-equipped to excel. Working in close partnership with all revenue functions, you will drive the upskilling of teams, manage product release enablement, and influence the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. You will be managing a Revenue Enablement Manager based in the US.
What you'll be doing:
- Strategic Enablement Vision: Lead the formulation and delivery of a comprehensive enablement strategy that supports Botify’s revenue objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
- Operational Alignment: Collaborate with regional revenue teams to understand business priorities and develop milestone-based enablement plans that support structured planning processes.
- Training & Onboarding: Oversee the development and implementation of onboarding and training programs tailored to product releases, ensuring teams are adept with new product features and sales strategies.
- Sales Support & Content Development: Partner with marketing and product teams to create and maintain a repository of sales resources, including playbooks and product information, to enhance sales performance.
- Performance Analysis & Feedback: Monitor enablement program effectiveness, applying data-driven insights to refine strategies and provide feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Influence on GTM Strategy: Actively participate in shaping the GTM strategy, ensuring enablement activities are aligned with marketing and sales objectives to maximise market impact.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related field, with a focus on strategic program development.
- Skills
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools.
- Analytical skills for evaluating enablement impact and driving continuous improvement.
