Your impact:

As a member of our international Finance team based in Paris, you will report directly to our Finance Manager and will have the opportunity to help the company to scale efficiently.

The successful hire will be strongly engaged in providing both analytical input to important strategic decisions as well as assisting the management team with all finance-related matters.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Reporting:

  • Prepare reports in support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes including variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast target.
  • Liaise with various departments to create and provide decision support through the creation of dashboards.
  • Assist in developing new SaaS Business metrics that help drive business success.
• Budget and Forecast: Participate in quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and long range planning.
• Commission: Management of commissions calculations on a monthly & quarterly basis.

• Data consistency:

  • Support data collection required to understand sales and structural costs analysis.
  • Control the quality and reliability of reported data to ensure a solid basis for decision.

• Ad-hoc:

  • Perform ad-hoc performance analysis at any level of the company
  • Contribute to the subvention’s operations.
  • Make recommendations on system and process improvements to streamline processes and improve efficiency of the Finance department.

We are looking for:

• Ms in Finance/Economics
• 2/3 years previous experience ideally in a Big 4 (Audit or Transaction Services)
• Outstanding organization skills, rigorous and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in hands-on-capacity
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solid background in accounting, corporate, and MS Excel expert
• Fluency in French and English
