We are looking for a customer-obsessed, commercially-minded professional to join our growing Account Management team. As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and maintaining our existing revenue base with many of the world’s most exciting global brands. You’ll have a dedicated book of business among our SMB accounts, and it will be up to you to own the commercial partnership between Botify and those customers. You’ll be passionate about helping customers to realise value from their technology investments, and will earn credibility by becoming adept at articulating and showing the core capabilities of Botify’s solution.

Role Overview


Your responsibilities:

    • Manage 50+ accounts through automated workflows and personalized touchpoints, maintaining 85%+ renewal rates while identifying expansion opportunities
    • Master tools that will help you build and scale your business like Salesforce, Hubspot to build automated customer lifecycle management, health scoring systems, and renewal workflows that reduce manual tasks by 60% while improving customer satisfaction scores
    • Develop and implement automation playbooks for onboarding, renewal management, and expansion using tools like Totango. Creating scalable processes that handle 3x account volume growth
    • Drive proactive customer communication through automated email sequences, in-app messaging, and personalized outreach campaigns, maintaining quarterly business reviews and achieving 85%+ customer engagement rates
    • Analyze customer data and create actionable insights using Excel, Google Analytics, and CS platform dashboards to identify churn risk, adoption patterns, and upselling opportunities, presenting monthly performance reports to senior leadership
    • Execute renewal management strategies 180 days before contract expiration using automated alerts, usage reports, and value demonstration campaigns, achieving 95%+ on-time renewal completion rates
    • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify upselling opportunities and deliver seamless customer handoffs, contributing to 15%+ net revenue retention growth through strategic account expansion
    • Build and maintain self-service resources including knowledge bases, video tutorials, and automated onboarding sequences that reduce support ticket volume
    • Possess 1-3 years customer-facing experience with strong written/verbal communication skills in French and English, basic data analysis capabilities, and eagerness to learn automation technologies in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Your qualification:

    • First experience as an Account Manager with a desire to learn and progress quickly.
    • A particular interest or a first experience in SaaS, MarTech is a plus.
    • Ability to manage SMB accounts, but above all a large volume of accounts (50 and more).
    • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
    • Fluent in English and French, other languages are a plus.
