Role Overview

The Account Manager is a trusted advisor managing a portfolio of 15–20 high-value client accounts, ensuring their success and maximized results with Botify's agentic AI search platform across Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and more. As a seasoned relationship builder, this role delivers transformative solutions to global enterprise brands by driving strategic account growth, deepening engagement, and partnering for innovation in digital discovery, profitability, and brand authority.

    What you'll be doing:

    Strategic Account Management

    • Own relationships with 15–20 enterprise customers across verticals, serving as the trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle and partnering for long-term success.

        Key Customer Activities

        • Executive Business Reviews (EBR): Schedule and lead quarterly EBRs with senior stakeholders, presenting performance insights, ROI, and actionable recommendations to ensure alignment on business objectives and outcomes.
        • Success Plan Building & Tracking: Co-develop and maintain tailored success plans for each account, defining measurable goals, timelines, and KPIs. Regularly track and report progress, proactively addressing roadblocks to ensure plans are on target.
        • Monthly Sessions & Workshops: Facilitate monthly sessions with customers to educate, review progress, address challenges, and share product updates and best practices—building strong engagement and trust.
        • Quarterly Engagement Campaigns: Deploy personalized outreach and engagement campaigns to ensure customer stakeholders are well-informed and maximizing platform value.
        • Value Demonstration: Continuously demonstrate Botify’s impact on visibility, relevance, and revenue through tailored reporting, presentations, and use-case mapping.

            Key Account Management Activities

            • Forecast Updates: Maintain accurate forecasts for renewals, expansions, risks, and revenue retention using CRM and analytical tools. Update and communicate forecasts during regular team meetings.
            • Risk and Opportunity Assessment: Systematically identify and address churn risks and upselling opportunities through health scoring, data analysis, and customer feedback.
            • Contract Management: Oversee contract timelines and renewal strategies—preparing for negotiations, validating key milestones, and driving on-time completion.
            • Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align sales, product, and support resources in service of account strategy and delivery.
            • Process Optimization: Optimize account management playbooks, onboarding, expansion, and renewal workflows for efficiency and scalability.

            Data-Driven Insights & Value Realization

            • Analyze customer and account data to drive insights for account growth and risk prevention, translating data into actionable strategies during business reviews and regular communications.

            Thought Leadership & Advocacy

            • Mentor junior team members, represent Botify at industry events, and advocate for customers in product development discussions.

              Who we're looking for:

              • At least 5 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a strategic client-facing SaaS role, including direct management of 15–20 complex accounts with enterprise-level revenue targets.
              • Demonstrated success driving renewals and expansion in B2B SaaS, preferably within MarTech, AI, or search technology sectors.
              • Proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Catalyst, Dust, Google Analytics, Excel) and automation strategies for client lifecycle management.
              • Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued.
              • Commercial acumen, strong negotiation and presentation skills, with proven ability to deliver value at C-suite and senior stakeholder level.
              • Passion for agentic AI search, automation, and digital brand discovery; up-to-date with industry trends and customer challenges.
