What You'll Do

As an L&D Coordinator, you report to the L&D Manager and work within a team of four people to deploy and implement the talent development and training policy within our company. You will contribute to local and regional/global training programs for the BST population. You will be working in teams and in project mode (with internal clients and external stakeholders) on these various topics, following an innovative and continuously demanding approach (pursuing continuous improvement).


You are the main point of contact for regional and global L&D teams and will participate in projects as the Paris lead for the training programs related to the population you manage.


TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Training Needs Assessment and Management of the BST Core Paris Training Offer

  • Identify and analyze training needs in collaboration with Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Update the training catalog
  • Prepare the annual training plan in line with strategic priorities and budget constraints
  • Ensure communication of training initiatives and projects to the teams

Training Plan Deployment

  • Deploy the training plan for BST Core Paris: planning the calendar, sending invitations, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring tracking in the LMS (Saba), etc.
  • Update tracking tools to effectively monitor and manage the training budget
  • Monitor participation rates and manage any issues or unforeseen situations related to training delivery
  • Analyze feedback from all deployed training sessions and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Prepare the annual training report and present training actions to the Works Council (CSE)

  • Ensure the administrative management of training programs with external providers (contracting, training agreements, vendor onboarding, invoicing, etc.)

Training Initiatives and Projects

  • Drive EMESA L&D offer harmonization in France, and notably participate to the deployment of the new Global BST learning tracks and ensure local offering adjustments where necessary
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of new collective training programs for BST Core Paris teams
  • Ensure alignment of the regional training offering in accordance with guidelines and coordinate its rollout in Paris
  • Promote BST training topics during Paris office events
  • Lead the “BST Flagship” training application campaigns in collaboration with HR Business Partners
