The Business Services Team (BST) consists of various functional professionals, including our business management and operations team members, who work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. Members of this team contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including executive and administrative assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.



What You'll Do

As a BCG Platinion Recruiting Manager/Senior Specialist, you will oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment in Paris, with responsibility extending across Africa. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with Platinion leadership to design and deliver recruitment strategies that attract top digital and consulting talent. You will own the implementation of sourcing, assessment, offer processes, ensuring high standards and a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver recruiting strategies in close collaboration with leadership and the people team, tailored to the complexities of technology roles and the specificities of the French market.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from employer branding and candidate sourcing through to onboarding, leveraging diverse channels (direct outreach, referrals, career site, events) and agencies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Paris and Africa’s Managing Directors and Directors, building strong stakeholder relationships, understanding role requirements, and aligning recruitment priorities with business needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate journey, from the first contact to the onboarding.
  • Deliver on ambitious hiring targets, adapting quickly to shifting business priorities while maintaining a high-quality pipeline.
  • Provide reporting to stakeholders, using data and insights to optimize recruitment efficiency and decision-making.
  • Promote BCG Platinion’s employer brand, engaging with relevant talent communities and strengthening visibility in the market.
  • Leverage recruiting tools and technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement, while staying curious and attuned to emerging market trends.


What You'll Bring

  • 4 to 6+ years of proven experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-performance environment, ideally in consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering against ambitious hiring targets with resilience, adaptability, and a clear results orientation.
  • Perseverance and determination to succeed in the highly competitive tech talent market, with the curiosity and tenacity to identify, engage, and pre-select niche profiles.
  • Strong advisory skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Fluency in French and English languages
