We are looking for our next Senior Back-end Developer

You consider yourself a back-end developer and you're a problem solver then this is your next challenge ! You will be managed by the Bodyguard Head of Tech, a skilled Full Stack developer with more than 10 years experience.

The current core tech is a high performant program written in Java and you will help us improve and challenge the stack.

Your profile

• You are a confident back-end developer
• You have already developed an HTTP API
• You are fluent in at least 2 programmation languages with at least one strongly typed
• You are a meticulous developer who doesn’t push code until you understand every single line
• You are eager to learn new skill
• You are a strong team player

Key missions & responsibilities

• Help to maintain and upgrade the Bodyguard core Technology which analyze millions of messages per day.
• Develop and maintain small internal gRPC APIs
• Work closely with the Data and Machine Learning teams to develop our next-generation core analysis technology

A typical day

• Stand-up meeting with the rest of the team
• Meeting with the Head of Tech and the CEO to brainstorm on new algorithm improvement
• Eat lunch with all the team (Paris or Nice)
• Update Bodyguard.ai core technology to add a new language analysis
• Write a pull request and have tech discussion with the team
• Merge the PR and ensure the deployment was successful
