Do you like fast-paced multinational environment with a friendly atmosphere?

Would you like to further develop in the field of HR administration, payroll and HR advisory?

Are you Czech native speaker?

We are currently looking for an HR and Payroll Specialist to join our HR team at BlueLink International.

At this position, your main responsibilities would be:

  • Participation in the payroll cycle - preparation of all necessary inputs for the external payroll provider & acting as the single point of contact for them;
  • HR administration - preparation of work contracts, amendments, agreements on terminations, etc.;
  • Onboarding of new employees;
  • Maintenance of HR database - entry of newcomers, leavers, management of changes;
  • HR advisory for both employees and managers - answering requests for various confirmations, questions concerning leaves, tax, social security & more complicated legal requests requiring the knowledge of Czech Labour Code.
