    Job description

    We are looking for a creative and self-driven intern to ensure our brand shines on every channel.

    You will work closely with our brand designer to create content. This is an exciting time to be a designer at Bloomflow as we’re establishing a strong brand identity. You’ll have the opportunity to flex your design skills across different formats. We have a very international team with strong values, so you’ll be sure to have fun along the way!

    Main roles & responsibilities

    General design skills are necessary, but if you have specialties or strong interests, final missions can be tailored to your interests and skills (eg a focus on motion design or web design).

    You will work closely with our brand designer in content creation to:

    • Design visuals for articles, emails, social media, whitepapers, etc

    • Create and adapt templates (LinkedIn posts, website, flyers for different formats and languages)

    • Research and benchmark to feed into the design process

    • Assist on website design and development

    • Design key presentations

    • Video editing and motion design, and potentially in-house video production

    • Maintain our brand visual library to ensure consistency across all content

    Preferred experience

    • Current masters student with degree or experience in design, visual communication, graphic design, or related design field

    • You can easily adapt to an existing brand guide.

    • English fluent. Proficiency in other languages is a plus :)

    • Proactive mindset and problem solving attitude

    • Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

    We do not expect you to have previous working experience, but we do, of course, expect that you are eager to develop yourself and learn quickly. Ideally:

    • Proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Indesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.

    • Experience with video creation, editing or animation is a plus

    • Website design is a plus

    • Photography is a plus
