You’ll partner with our founders and hiring managers to attract top talent across design, engineering, operations and growth. You’ll help us scale fast, without compromising on culture or quality. This is a unique opportunity to build from scratch, shape hiring processes, and work on roles that are critical to our mission.
What you’ll be doing :
Recruiting top performers across all departments (design, engineering, ops, growth and more)
Collaborating with hiring managers to define roles and craft compelling job descriptions
Designing and optimizing interview processes focused on quality and candidate experience
Building strong pipelines of qualified candidates using modern sourcing techniques
Managing the full recruitment cycle from outreach to offer
Being an advocate for the Bitstack brand and culture
Driving improvements in tools, systems, and hiring analytics
Ensuring every candidate has a smooth, respectful experience — whether they’re hired or not
2+ years of experience in recruitment (startup or high-growth environment preferred)
Strong sourcing and outreach skills — you love the hunt
Solid organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A track record of working closely with founders or senior managers
Familiarity with ATS and hiring tools
A builder mindset: resourceful, hands-on, and always improving
Fluent in English and ideally in French
Experience recruiting talent for consumer apps, fintechs or crypto companies
Experience in early-stage startups
Fluency in additional European languages
