We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Founder's Associate to work directly with the company's CEO, providing critical support across a variety of projects and functions. As a Founder's Associate, you'll help optimize the CEO's time and resources, working on tasks that span across operations, product development, fundraising, marketing, and strategy.
This is a hands-on CEO Right-Hand role where you'll blend ownership with execution. You'll work closely with the CEO to support our growing company, strengthen our processes, and make Bitstack a stellar company. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and impact across all aspects of a fast-growing startup.
This is a 6-month full-time internship starting in March 2026, based in Paris with a flexible hybrid setup. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team, so regular time in the office will be important for collaboration and learning. The internship will be carried out under a French convention de stage.
We’ve just moved into our new Paris office and are scaling quickly. We’re building more structure across Exec and , and we need someone to help us make that transition smooth, someone who loves both process and people.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO to drive key cross-functional initiatives and ensure organizational alignment.
Prepare and manage recurring investor and board reports (financial metrics, KPIs, product updates, and hiring progress).
Maintain and update the investor CRM; ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
Support preparation and coordination of board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites.
Lead or support cross-departmental projects that enhance growth, operations, or internal processes.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations on performance tracking, budgeting, and headcount reporting.
Build and optimize internal systems for OKR tracking and operational visibility.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Partner with Marketing and Product teams to help execute growth and user engagement initiatives.
Manage project timelines, documentation, and follow-ups for strategic and operational priorities.
You have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in VC or in a VC-backed startup, ideally in product or growth
You are hands-on and have a “get things done” attitude
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and can act as the bridge between different departments
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable switching between finance, product, and admin topics.
You are highly organized with exceptional project management skills to keep investor outreach and other high-priority activities on track
You like to take initiative and find new creative solutions to problems with expertise in balancing and articulating trade-offs
You are humble, open to challenge, and like to help others grow with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
You’re always looking to learn and are excited about talking to users, partners, and everything around the company
Excellent communication in French and English (written and spoken - we work primarily in English).
Based in or around Paris, the role is office-first, with flexibility when needed.

Take Home Task & Task Review Call (60 min)
You’ll receive a practical task to complete in your own time. Once submitted, we’ll schedule a review call to walk through your solution together and explore your thought process in more detail.
Behavioural Interview (60 min)
A conversation with the CEO centered on your experiences, decision-making, and collaboration style. We’ll discuss real-world scenarios to understand how you navigate technical challenges, teamwork, and stakeholder interactions.
