ENTER THE GAME

As a Training and Documentation Officer for LCB-FT, you will join the Legal, Compliance, and AML team, composed of dedicated professionals committed to regulatory excellence and internal training.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

Training:

  • Ensure onboarding of new team members within the LCB-FT department
  • Design, update, and deliver training materials for internal teams
  • Facilitate training sessions for department staff and internal partners
  • Contribute to the annual update of e-learning content for LCB-FT compliance
  • Develop and distribute the LCB-FT newsletter to all employees
  • Monitor participation and completion rates of training programs
  • Processes and Procedures:

  • Regularly update existing LCB-FT processes and procedures in collaboration with responsible teams
  • Ensure the dissemination of up-to-date documentation to relevant staff
  • Act as an operational liaison for questions related to training and documentation
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

    This job is for you if:

  • You have a degree from a Law, Compliance, Finance, Business or related field. AML related certification (ACAMS, ICA or equivalent) is a strong advantage. Training & facilitation certification is a plus.
  • You have successful professional experience in AML Compliance, and training/documentation roles.
  • You possess strong writing, communication/presentation, sense of responsibility skills, an ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for non-experts, and you thrive in a challenging work environment.
  • You have a strong command of Confluence, Power Point, Sharepoint, Word, Excel tools.
  • And finally, you speak English fluently
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

    If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

    Next, you will meet Christelle, your future manager, followed by Stéphanie – Head of AML. Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

    The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
