ENTER THE GAME  

As a security culture officer, you will join the Global Security teams, to: 

  1. Lead, define and deploy the security culture (awareness and training) roadmap 
  1. Promote continuous improvement 

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC  

In this role, your main missions will be: 

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive security awareness program aligned with Betclic risks (digital & physical) 
  • Define annual awareness plans, campaigns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) 
  • Create attractive training materials and initiatives (e-learning modules, videos, newsletters, serious game etc.).  
  • Tailor content and messaging to different audiences (executives, technical teams, general staff). 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Security, Privacy) to ensure consistent messaging. 
  • Track participation rates, knowledge retention, and behavioral changes. 
  • Provide regular reports to management and suggest improvements. 

    • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm! 

    This job is for you if: 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in security awareness. 
  • You are familiar with the technology fields. 
  • You can work with various stakeholders and adapt your communication and actions to their needs. 
  • You possess strong communication and storytelling abilities.  
  • You have strong creativity on impactful content. 
  • You have experience on awareness platforms and phishing simulation tools. 
  • And finally, you speak English fluently 

    • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?  

    If your application is shortlisted, Adèle will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning). 

    Next, you will meet Sophie – Global Security Director. Finally, Adèle will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together. 

    The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
