ENTER THE GAME  

As a PMO (Project Management Officer), you will join the Strategy & Operations department as the manager of Tech Budget team. 

One of your main duty will be to prepare and follow the Tech Budget (600 tech members, 100% cloud platform).  

In your daily task, you will work in coordination with Finance teams and all Tech teams. 

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC  

In this role, your main missions will be: 

  • Develop and maintain the annual budget for the Technology department in collaboration with finance and tech stakeholders 
  • Coordinate budget re-forecasting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate inputs from all tech teams 
  • Support tech stakeholders with budget estimation, tracking, and financial reporting for tech initiatives (CAPEX & OPEX) 
  • Define and maintain the Tech KPIs, to ensure right follow-up of Tech department activity 
  • Contribute to the standardization of budget processes and tools across the department 
  • Participate in cost optimization initiatives and scenario planning 
  • Act as a bridge between tech, finance, and HR stakeholders. 
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    This job is for you if: 

  • You hold a degree from an engineering school, business school, or a Master's degree (Bac +5) in project management. 
  • You have at least 3 years of successful professional experience in project management or in a PMO role within a digital environment. 
  • You are recognized for your strong listening and communication skills, as well as your sense of initiative. 
  • You demonstrate a high level of rigor and curiosity. 
  • You are proficient in project management tools such as Jira or equivalent. 
  • Ideally, you are familiar with ITIL or OKR methodologies. 
  • And finally, you are fluent in English. 
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?  

    If your application is shortlisted, Marine will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning). 

    Next, you will meet Lionel, VP Engineering Strategy & Operations your future manager, followed by Benoit, CTO. Finally, Marine will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together. 

    The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
