ENTER THE GAME  

As Chief of Staff Sportsbetting & Horse Racing, you will be the strategic right hand to the Sportsbetting & Horse Racing Director at BETCLIC, ensuring that the department operates at peak efficiency, stays focused on the highest impact initiatives, and drives alignment. 

You will serve as a force multiplier, trusted advisor and support to any key people in a department of c.a 250 people (product & operational/business). 

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC  

In this role, working both on a product management and an operational scope, your main missions will be: 

  • You support the Director in implementing and ensuring the effective execution of the department's overall governance. 
  • You track progress on key department targets and initiatives, and act as a first contact to all department stakeholders. 
  • You proactively identify any opportunities and initiatives in processes that could bring added value to the department and address bottlenecks. 
  • You lead cross-functional projects (business analysis, transversal projects, benchmark, internal audits …) within the department and ensure the value delivered. 
  • You act as a facilitator, connecting key product & business people in the department, and coordinating action and alignment with the vision. 
  • You ensure the efficiency of executive meetings by managing scheduling, agendas, drafting decks and reports, organizing off-sites. 
  • You create clear and impactful presentations for internal communication (quarterly presentation, steering committee presentation …). 
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm! 

    This job is for you if: 

  • You graduated from a top-tier engineering school, business school or a political science institute (IEP). 
  • You have worked for at least 3 years closely with executive leadership and/or within a leading consulting firm. You've managed complex and diverse projects (business, technical, organizational, financial, legal...). 
  • You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen and are eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a deep emotional intelligence. 
  • You are highly organized, know how to prioritize effectively, and structure your work efficiently. 
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • And finally, you are fluent in English. 
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?  

    If your application is shortlisted, Audrey will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning). 

    Next, you will meet Martin – Sportsbetting & Horse Racing Director, your future manager, followed by Julien - COO. Finally, Audrey will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together. 

    The recruitment process usually takes between 3 to 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
