Your mission

We are looking for an analyst to join our Risk & Insurance Partnerships team to join us in Paris from October/November 2025 for a 6-month internship. You will work on a variety of strategic and growth initiatives alongside the Leadership Team, ranging from high-level strategic projects to hands-on organizational matters.

The role of Risk, Actuarial & Insurance Partnerships analyst will work directly with the Global Broking & Risk Director and will entail the following duties:

  • Insurance client management assistance - working with the Risk & Sales teams to support on new and existing client work. This will include creating presentations and assisting in responses to requests for proposals.

  • Project Management - The Global Broking and Risk Director has a broad range of ongoing initiatives and you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our internal resources, planning and output. Therefore good organisational skills are a must.

  • Market Research - Perform competitive analysis on key topics such as product value propositions, technology and critical business processes. This will include product and pricing actuarial analysis.

  • Revenue Operations Support - coordinating between risk and sales teams to ensure alignment on pipeline. This will also include utilizing tools to input leads into the pipeline CRM.

Preferred experience

What you will bring

Background:

  • Top tier schools and universities in France or abroad

  • Relevant experience (including previous internships) demonstrating organisational skills, adaptability and research abilities. Examples such as in VC firms, consulting, strategy, or a similar role within a high-growth startup. Any insurance experience would be useful.

Skills:

  • You are a fast learner, curious and able to problem solve

  • You are rigorous: we will be relying on you! This means you will be structured and have strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)

  • You are completely fluent in Google/Microsoft Suite, including Excel. You have proficiency in creating slides and creating working project plans.

  • You have working knowledge of financial modeling to perform market sizing, profitability analysis etc., or willingness to learn
