As Regional Director MENA, you will own the insurance strategy, partner performance, and business expansion across the region, with a strong focus on motor insurance and mobility ecosystems.
You will be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, performance, and long-term value creation, ensuring that our embedded insurance programs deliver measurable impact for both partners and the business.
This role combined commercial ownership, underwriting expertise, and partnership development. You will act as the regional business owner, working closely with clients, with insurers, OEMs, and mobility partners, while collaborating internally with Product, Insurance, Tech, Data, and Operations teams to scale high-performing programs across MENA.
Own and grow strategic insurance partnerships across the GCC, managing a portfolio of key distribution, and underwriting partners with a strong focus on long-term value creation, retention, and profitability.
Identify, structure, and develop new strategic partnerships across the GCC, particularly within the mobility and automotive ecosystem, to support regional expansion and growth.
Act as a trusted senior partner for clients and insurers, building strong executive-level relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for all strategic, commercial, and performance-related topics in the GCC.
Lead commercial strategy, including contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing and underwriting reviews with partners.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Insurance, and Data teams to ensure partner success.
Review key metrics (attach rate, loss ratio, conversion, profitability) and act on insights to strengthen results.
10+ years of experience in insurance, with a strong background in motor insurance, including roles in strategic partnerships, key account management, underwriting, or automotive/mobility ecosystems.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability across complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience managing C-level relationships.
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Insurance, Data, Tech, and Operations teams to deliver measurable results.
A proactive, high-impact leader combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
