Your mission
The role of Chief of Staff will report to the CEO. It provides a significant opportunity to work with the Leadership team, shape the strategic evolution of the company and work hands-on on key initiatives with cross-functional teams across three pillars:
1. Corporate development with existing and potential investors and the Beloy Supervisory Board. 2. Business growth alongside the Leadership team to drive key strategic decisions with insurers, digital platforms and other players.
3. Change management and communication in the market and within the team.
In doing so you will -
● Directly work with the CEO and the Leadership team as a sparring partner, from strategy formulation to validation of initiatives; proactively connect with cross-functional leaders and team members to determine the status quo of business, providing insights and ensuring business success.
● Manage all projects with CEO involvement; consistently report on progress and raise red flags in a timely manner; bring the holistic view of the company and a structured approach to each project to avoid overlaps/duplication and minimize risks.
● Lead the reporting requirements for Board/Investor groups ensuring transparency and accuracy in the materials through close coordination with stakeholders.
● Drive deep dives and analytical investigations into business performance, competition and market trends to develop key strategic insights for management overview and decision-making.
● Provide communication bridges between internal departments and the CEO, as well as external partners (as required); establish the right tone and messaging for relaying key information in an effective manner to the audience in formal presentations and otherwise.
What you will bring
Background:
● 5-7 years prior experience in either a fast paced growth start-up, investment banking, management consulting, and/or VC firm.
Skills:
● Big picture strategic thinking, analytical and eye for detail with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans
● An independent and proactive approach to projects with a bias for action. Comfortable in a fast-moving, fluid and chaotic environment to deliver on goals
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, gravitas to manage C-Level and investors, able to communicate in a calm and effective manner, and coordinate with all levels of the organization
● Continuously learn and challenge the status quo seeking to improve self and the team
