Aurélien started his career in 2001 as a developer of CRM and BI solutions. 5 years later, freshly graduated from Arts et Métiers in evening classes, he decided to join the Bel Group's IT teams to take care of the sales force tools.

A few years later, he took charge of the group's web & mobile team to take care of the websites; a team that he helped evolve and grow. Today, Aurélien has broadened his field of intervention: he works closely with a variety of businesses to help them define business solutions adapted to their needs, using innovative methodologies.

Béatrice de Noray is the current Managing Director of Bel France. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, which she joined in 2001 as a sales marketing manager.

In 2016, she was appointed General Manager of Luxury Products France for Coty, an American multinational beauty and skincare company.

After a 6-month internship as assistant product manager, Jeremy joined the Bel group teams in 2012 where he worked in various sales and marketing functions and on different brands such as Leerdammer, Apéricube and Babybel.

More recently, he had the opportunity to take charge of the business unit in charge of co-branding and licensing Europe at Bel. His main missions are to lead a multi-disciplinary team of 4 people and to contribute to the development of the group's brands through partnerships with food manufacturers and fast-food chains.

Jeremy has a sporty temperament and is naturally driven by challenge and competition.
