Job description

We need your marketing skills at Basikon! 🌟

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager based in Madrid, Barcelona or Paris, who is as innovative and agile as our products. As we reinvigorate our inbound engine and set the foundation for scalable growth, we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can blend smart strategy with hands‑on execution.

At Basikon, we value trust and ownership (we are 100% remote 😉) making this role ideal for someone eager to build impactful, measurable marketing initiatives from the ground up. With a focus on events and content, and a strong performance marketing backbone (SEO/SEA and AEO/AEA), you’ll help us elevate our brand, accelerate inbound lead flow, and improve lead quality to support our next growth phase.

If you love owning outcomes, iterating fast, and operating in a remote-first, high‑trust environment, we’d love to hear from you!

International events > organize globally, lead locally

We’ve made our mark at trade shows across Europe, Africa, and LATAM. With the continued expansion of our partner ecosystem, our credibility and reach keep growing. To scale these initiatives efficiently in LATAM, while maintaining a strong global presence, we need talent and drive. Could that be you? 🌍

As a field marketer, you will:

  • Lead the decision-making, negotiation, and organization of physical and digital events (with a strong focus on LATAM).

  • Sync with direct and indirect sales teams to turn events into pipeline (pre‑event outreach, at‑event engagement, post‑event follow‑up).

  • Define clear objectives and KPIs for each event (target accounts, meetings set, booth traffic, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution) and optimize continuously.

  • Travel globally and embrace diverse cultures and markets.

Digital content > website, social media, sales collaterals

Over the years, we’ve built a rich content base across our website and social channels. To amplify our brand and embody Basikon’s ambition, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who brings copywriting flair and creative energy, and who can translate that into performance

In this role, you will:

  • Participate to the editorial calendar across web, blog, and social (with a priority on LinkedIn).

  • Craft and repurpose compelling content (thought leadership, case studies, product narratives, short-form social, video briefs) aligned to the buyer journey.

  • Ensure content supports sales effectiveness (collaterals, one-pagers, pitch decks) and captures demand (landing pages, CTAs, offers).

  • Maintain brand coherence and messaging consistency across channels.

Performance & growth > SEO/SEA + AEO/AEA

Over the past year, our inbound performance has progressed more slowly than our other marketing metrics. Your mission: design and execute a modern & productive performance engine that moves the needle, sustainably and measurably 📈

You will:

  • Own SEO end‑to‑end (technical, on‑page, off‑page): audit, keyword strategy, content clusters, E‑E‑A‑T, internal linking, structured data/schema, page speed, and conversion‑oriented landing pages.

  • Lead SEA (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager): full‑funnel campaigns, budget pacing, creative testing, audience/ABM tactics, ROAS and pipeline accountability.

  • Drive AEO/AEA (Answer Engine Optimization/Advertising) to improve visibility in AI engines (featured snippets, rich results, conversational surfaces), optimizing content structure and intent coverage.

  • Implement a robust measurement framework: GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn analytics, UTM taxonomy, look‑through dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio), and lead quality metrics (MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline, win rate, CAC, LTV/CAC).

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams on lead scoring, qualification flows, and feedback loops to continuously improve lead quality.

  • Run systematic A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and forms; establish always‑on CRO routines.

Tooling you’re comfortable with: GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and HubSpot for campaign tracking and attribution.

If you’re excited to build an inbound engine that actually converts, while bringing Basikon’s story to life across events and content, we’d love to meet you! 🚀

Preferred experience

We are looking for someone who:

  • Communicates fluently in Spanish and English, French and/or Portuguese are a strong plus. Experience with LATAM markets is important.

  • Has 5+ years in operational marketing within B2B tech / SaaS, with proven ownership of events, content, and performance marketing (SEO/SEA and AEO/AEA).

  • Demonstrates a creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑oriented approach, comfortable setting targets and owning outcomes (traffic quality, MQL/SQL conversion, pipeline).

  • Is hands‑on with marketing analytics, UTM discipline, dashboards, and attribution; thrives on insight‑driven iteration.

  • Is versatile across modern tools (GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot).

  • Enjoys field work and international exposure (notably LATAM), with flexibility for travel and time‑zone coordination.
