The position

Job description

We are an enthusiastic, passionate, and hardworking team seeking a like-minded Account Executive to join us. In collaboration with the Head of Partnerships and Customer Success and the entire Business Team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating AZmed’s growth through effective customer relationship management.


Preferred experience

Responsibilities

- Oversee software installation and deployment in new centers.
- Organize the onboarding process for physician users, providing training on software usage and adoption.
- Gather feedback from physician users and propose tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Lead negotiations with partners at the end of test phases to establish long-term collaborations.
- Upsell new products to existing customers.
- Foster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance our global brand awareness in your assigned countries.

Required skills

- Highly efficient and results-oriented.
- Positive and proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Quick learner and interested in medtech.
- Experience in B2B sales and negotiation.
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory).

Bonus points

- Proficiency in additional languages would be highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with medical imaging devices/software.
- Experience in Sales Development using CRM tools.
- Sports fan.
