Define and implement the company’s overall data strategy and roadmap.

Design, optimize, and scale the data architecture (Snowflake-centered).

Ensure governance, security, compliance, and data quality across all business units.

Drive the development and reliability of robust data pipelines.

Translate business needs into advanced analytics and data products.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Tech leaders to enable data-driven decisions.

Foster innovation through modern data stack adoption and best practices.

Strong expertise in Snowflake (SnowPro Certification required).

Deep knowledge of AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Proven experience in database modeling and performance optimization.

Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.

Strong background in data architecture and systems design.

Awareness of data protection, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance requirements.

Fluent English required (written and spoken).
