Architas have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Software and Applications Apprentice (H/F). 

The role will consist in implementing enterprise processes using Power Platform technology (Power BI, Power Automate etc). The apprentice will work closely with the business teams to define new requirements and to provide support on the current features.

What You Will Be Doing:

•    Participate in the development of legacy and new applications, ensuring AXA Group IT standards, policies and information security requirements are met. 
•    Improve knowledge on Power Platform technology (learning by doing, Microsoft training, internal training)
•    Development of enterprise processes using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Aps, Power BI) 
•    Work in tandem with a Power BI analyst to identify and implement the most optimal applications 
•    Provide regular feedbacks on the progress of the topics (weekly team meeting/ global IT meetings, etc.)
•    Track BAU support by sharing reports during team meetings
•    Develop relationships with key Customers to ensure their requirements are being met and challenge the business requirements to ensure their alignment with the business needs

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

•    Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
•    Relational database programming skills (SQL Server)
•    Ideally Knowledge of Multi Manager/Asset Management products.
•    Existing knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform preferred
•    Able to understand and participate in business analysis
•    Able to provide technical support of developed applications/processes
