As a future Senior Proposition Governance Manager, you will report to Global Head of Proposition, and you will be part of AXA IM - Architas.

Responsibility for the ongoing follow up of the Architas fund range and coordination of the Product Approval Process in all Architas hubs

Your role and responsibilities will include

•    Structuring, attending, and acting as secretary for the local UL forum: new forums in the Group UL governance designed to coordinate action and product plan for each entity and fuelling innovation•    Chairing global fund forum: a subcommittee of local Business Development Committees assessing profitability, feasibility and risks for any new fund and make recommendations, monitor delivery and day-to-day management of funds•    Coordinating all PAP launches for Architas hubs •    Providing product-related support for all Architas hubs when appropriate

Your qualifications and experience

•    Proven track record in portfolio management services in multiple domiciles including France and Dublin •    Good understanding of AXA entities strategy and operating models 

Your knowledges and skills

•    Detailed technical knowledge of fund structures, domiciles and pricing •    Understanding of all key operational processes •    Detailed knowledge of the relevant regulatory and compliance issues •    Proven ability to combine initiative with team working
