The headquarters of the AXA Group, based in La Defense, brings together the Group's corporate activities. It coordinates the various entities with the Group's strategy, and is responsible for managing international projects. Direction Presentation:

CSO team ensure global security for GIE AXA and AXA SA within the three pillars of security (Cyber, physical and operational resilience). We provide expertise to stakeholders to leverage risk driven approach and support critical and vital activities would it be in project or Business as usual activities.

Primary mission:

• Contribute in maintaining GIE AXA ISMS up and running 

• Ensure that security policies and ISMS documents across Information Security, Physical Security and Operational resilience domains are up to date

• Contribute in security action plans tracking

Key accountabilities: 

• Contribute to ISMS run and improvement activities

Core activities:

• Assist in identifying and assessing information security risks

• Assist in tracking the execution of risks treatment plans

• Ensure the GIE AXA IS risk register is updated and maintained

• Support security team in ISMS and secondary assurance audit preparation

• Collect evidence for audits

• Perform security watch 

• Collect security KPIs and prepare security reporting 

Background and experience :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

• Master’s in cybersecurity, information security, or related technical degree.

Technical and professional skills:

• Knowledge of security risk management, ISO 27005, ISO 27001

Soft skills and competencies: 

• Cross cultural sensitivity, flexibility 

• Organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities, works effectively as a team player 

• Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure

• Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Apply analytical rigor to understand complex business scenarios

• Fluent in English
