As a future Investor Relations / RFP Analyst, you will report to the Executive Director Investor Relations & Partnerships, and you will be part of AXA IM PRIME business unit.

 AXA IM Prime is a Private Market Enabler and Hedge Funds platform offering diversified sources of private market returns across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds. With €30 billion of alternative investments under management and a team of seasoned investment professionals committed to proactive ESG and strict risk management criteria, AXA IM Prime is committed to transparency and reliability. The company manages €5 billion of commitments annually over the next three years and has 40+ employees across three offices.

 As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will be instrumental in delivering a best-in-class client experience as part of the investor relations team, executing on RFPs to AXA IM Prime prospects.

 Your role and responsibilities will include:

RFPs/DDQs

  • Perform RFPs/RFIs through the provision of adequate answers built with the Head of Investors relation, investment teams and RFP team peers at AXA IM, whilst liaising with other teams like Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Risk Management
  • Improve Standard DDQ materials over time through appropriate content construction, maintenance, or enhancement
  • Participate in preparing final presentations and/or on-site due diligences
  • Address answers arising from prospects connecting to virtual data rooms
  • Disseminate information about AXA IM Prime expertise across consultant databases

Client Service

  • Support best in class Client Experience by helping to structure and maintain a high-quality client servicing function (AML-KYC process, data room management, investors requests management)

Preferred experience

SHARE your unique expertise

We welcome diverse combinations of skills and experiences, including:

  • A Business School or Master’s degree in Finance/Economics
  • Previous relevant experience - minimum two years - preferably in a sales support/product specialist/RFP/marketing/Investor relations role within Alternatives
  • Very good knowledge of asset management, particularly in private markets
  • Native or fluent level of English for frequent communication with clients, prospects, and stakeholders
  • International exposure / experience outside of France in RFPs, Marketing, or Investor Relations
  • Innovative, agile, and flexible mindset with a strong “can do” mentality
  • Ability to operate within tight deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work as part of a team and share success
  • Proactive and interested in anticipating future needs for the Business Development team
  • Assertive and business-oriented while acting in a structured and focused way
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills and eagerness to be part of a new business
