The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. Within the Group, you will join the GEM department which is fully focused on our most valued Global Partners, our mission is to build, expand and deliver revenue growth, high retention and client advocacy in the Business-2-Business (B2B) space. This includes the development of B2B2Business, B2B2Customer, B2B2Employee across all AXA assets and capabilities. 

Within this Department, you will be part of the team Deal Steering which support the commercial team to win and retain more business, as well as increase the current pipeline and business opportunities. This is done by creating and improving business tools like: product catalogue, value propositions, co-creation of products, multi-entity deals framework, new solutions and a governance for group approval. This position reports to the B2B Offer Manager.

Your job and daily missions

  • Main purpose: Support the B2B Offer Manager to improve, scale, communicate and increase the usage of the existing business tools (Product Catalogue, Value Propositions, methodology for workshops, product co-creation framework)
  • Daily tasks:
    • Support the mapping and development of the product catalogue with all AXA Group’s capabilities and help the analysis of AXA’s competitiveness to suggest capabilities’ improvements (align to win more business).
    • Support the co-creation of products with other partners (plan meetings, communicate status to stakeholders, create documents to report status, prepare demos, etc)
    • Arrange and update all slides & product materials depending on sectorial (energy, mobility, etc) and transversal topics (health, motor, beyond business, etc)
    • Create a document to explain GEM’s methodology to do workshops.
    • Support the coordination of global workshops: coordinate and prepare the document / presentation (support to build a template), coordinate agendas and make sure all participants are aware / aligned, arrange logistics for the workshop (meeting room, catering, screen, support material, etc)
    • Create a dashboard of all “new” solutions and “enablers” with the objective to show the commercial team what they can or will be able to use to sell.

Preferred experience

  • Expertise / Required Skills:
    • Technical expertise: Fluent in English mandatory, French a plus.  Knowledge of insurance business, in business case building and bid (RFP) management would be a plus.
    • Studies: Master 1 or 2 student in Business School, Business Administration or Marketing degree.
    • Soft SkillsComfortable in a multicultural environment and to manage relationships with various stakeholders, in a dynamic, short deadlines & changing environments. Very well communicator and most importantly: a team player. Strong sense of organization, analytics, and agility.
  • Experience required:
    • Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing relationships with various stakeholders.
