Your job and daily missions

As the HRIS Business Partners Lead, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our HRIS delivery strategy. You'll collaborate closely with our HR centers of expertise and IT stakeholders to review, assess, and enhance our existing service model for the future of HRIS. Your primary focus will be on the business side of HR, ensuring seamless alignment between HR processes and the technology solutions provided by our information system.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a role model and ensure your team keeps execute the following responsibilities:

  • Service Model Development: Join force with People@AXA Program, HR centers of expertise and IT stakeholders to review, assess, and enhance our HRIS service model, keeping it at the forefront of innovation.
  • Business Partner: Through strong partnership with stakeholders on business and IT side, ensure proper functioning HRIS with the purpose to meet business needs of today and for the future. 
  • Solutions Ownership: Ensure smooth operations of existent HRIS, discover opportunities to streamline and optimize HR processes using the power of the HRIS. Propose improvements and implement best practices that drive efficiency and elevate the employee experience.
  • Vendor Management: Play a crucial role in managing external vendors for HRIS-related projects or support, in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Control Function collaboration: Ensure AXA standards in data privacy, IT security, etc, are followed.
  • Team Management: Manages the team of HRIS Business partners.

Preferred experience

  • Excellent management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Enthusiastic on tech topics and innovation, Supporter of constant improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • At least 10 year-experience in Service Management, HRIS, complex Product Management.
  • Team player.
