Assess and Prioritize Market Opportunities Based on Strategic Fit and Value Creation Potential
Expected Contribution: Ensure acquisitions align with AXA’s strategic objectives, with a focus on financial viability, operational synergies, and long-term value creation.

Develop and Lead the Execution of the Healthcare Asset Acquisition Strategy across Target Markets
Expected Contribution: Drive the successful identification, assessment, and acquisition of healthcare assets (hospitals, diagnostic, medical centres) in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Ireland, and the UK, supporting the Group’s strategic growth ambitions.

Lead the Development of Local Healthcare Strategies in Alignment with Group Objectives
Expected Contribution: Take ownership of designing and articulating tailored healthcare strategies for individual entities, ensuring alignment with Group vision while addressing local market dynamics.


Preferred experience

Technical Skills & Competencies 

Strategic mindset and deep industry knowledge: Extensive (10-15 years) experience in strategic consulting, healthcare operations, or insurance sectors, with a strong track record of executing strategic projects, market assessments

Deal Sourcing & Execution: Demonstrated experience in identifying, evaluating, and leading healthcare acquisitions or strategic partnerships, including preliminary valuations, due diligence, and integration planning. Ability to assess market opportunities quickly and make strategic recommendations independently.

Analytical & Structuring Capabilities: Advanced skills in financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic structuring, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling presentations for senior leadership.

Project & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, especially in ambiguous or fast-paced environments. Skilled in engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Languages: Fluency in English essential; proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a significant plus, especially for market-specific assessments and stakeholder engagement in target countries.

Exceptional communication and active listening skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders to foster effective collaboration and build enduring relationships
