Job description

EB Partners is an insurtech dedicated to Health and EB (health, protection, pension), offering both consulting and digital solutions. EB Partners was created 10 years ago with the objective of boosting AXA’s presence on all Health and EB insurance segments in the 25 countries where the insurer operates.

Indeed, Health and EB are among the key strategic drivers of AXA’s growth and profitability with more than 15 bn euros in revenues.

Under the supervision of EB Partners CEO and in link with the CTO and business partners, you will be in charge of both structuring all the scaling program project and to supervise as Heald of the Product Delivery all the changes and governance to transform EBP as a real product organization.


Your role as Scaling program PMO :

  1.  Animation of all the governance of the project :
  •  Prepare and organize all the project Steering Committees (some of them included in EBP Excom) Follow all the action plan for the different workstreams in link with the different business partners. Those actions are mainly related to
    • Maintain a global action plan follow up and timing on the different workstreams : 
    • Commercial & Marketing, 
    • EBP Expansion, 
    • IT Strenghtening and very important 
    • Product strengthening (in link with you role below), 
    • HR (with the acceleration of internal recruitments)
    • Provide a global vision of all the actions having some impacts on different teams in order to have a global consistency understanding (especially between capabilities, timing, coordination)
  1.  Coordinate all the EBP Installation expansion : in link with the commercial acceleration, and the projects expansion, we target to etend our team in Asia and set up a rep office in Asia.
  2.  Participation to the Editor/Integrator partner strategy : in link with commercial, partners and CEO, to contribute to all the structuring of such partnerships (SOW, economics, organization)
  3.  HR project : contribute to all the actions follow up and possibly if time is available animate all the admin installation elements required
  4. local country expansion : animate all the possible local installation project (in link with local regulations and possible other AXA entities). We would expect to position different teams of EB Partners in different locations
  • Certifications : coordinate any certification targeted by EB Partners (esp ISO 9001)
  • Partner strategy : contribute to some discussions with possible partners and support in the coordination of such projects
Your role as Head of product delivery :
  1. Coordination of all the action plan and follow up for each subworkstream on the advancement (Technical Excellence, Service, Operation, Pre sales products)
  2. Define, maintain, the global methodologies referential on products and follow up it’s good buy in by the teams
  • Maintain a global project methodology referential by product and by mission (No Code mission / Simple / Complex) :
    • Key steps of the mission with how to industrialise each steps
    • Average quantification of the missions
    • Documentation frame to be filled by each product and maintained
  • Product catalogue referential
  • Architecture referential
  • Action plans to be done by each POs on product improvements
  1. Define and Animate the EBP Product Academy and Certification process : in order to organise better how our integrators, including external integrators will be certified on our solutions
  2. Animate and coordinate the advancement of each product advancements (both global generic products and the investment plan by countries)
  3. Identify any overlaps and contribute to packaged global offers
  4. And take 1/2 more precise project supervision to be decided


Preferred experience

Technical skills:

  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in the insurance/social protection sector (health and protection). Experience in consulting firm is a real plus, especially on defining and promoting standardized project methodologies
  • Solid experience in project management processes and methods (planning, budget, indicators)
  • Strong desire to work in an intrapreneurial environment using agile methodology
  • Experience and Strong interest in innovation and digital concepts, especially in Product build
  • Proficiency in project management and ticketing tool (Jira/Confluence)

  • Ability to work in a team and in good cooperation with the others
  • Proposal and conviction strength/pragmatism
  • Analytical mindset
  • Rigor and autonomy to manage all aspects of a project (time, cost, quality...)
  • Anticipatory mindset to limit project drift risks
