YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Product Line Managers in monitoring and coordinating ongoing projects.
  • Participate in the development and updating of project tracking dashboards.
  • Contribute to the preparation of projects follow-up meetings by gathering necessary information and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Participate in improving project management processes and implementing best practices.
  • Assist Product Line Managers in monitoring their budgets, updating tools
  • Participate, set up events for Corporate Functions team

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are: 

  • Student in an engineering or business school, ideally specializing in project management
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Power point)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, autonomy, curiosity and willingness to learn
