Who You Are

• Experienced professional: At least 2 years of experience in AI, with a strong background in consulting and delivering projects for large-scale or regulated industries (experience in banking or finance is a strong asset).

• Leader and collaborator: Proven ability to take ownership of projects and guide more junior colleagues in multidisciplinary settings.

• Innovative thinker: Able to identify emerging trends in agentic AI architectures, RAG pipelines, and financial NLP to solve real-world challenges.

What You Will Do

• Lead and deliver LLM projects in banking: Manage the design, development, and deployment of NLP, RAG, and agentic AI solutions that enhance decision-making, compliance, and customer interaction in financial institutions.

• Implement Agentic AI architectures: Design autonomous multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, orchestrating APIs, and dynamically retrieving information from large-scale financial databases.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance: Develop AI workflows that align with banking regulatory requirements, data governance, and explainability standards.

• Mentor and collaborate: Work alongside engineers, data scientists, and consultants to implement cutting-edge AI solutions tailored for sensitive data environments.

• Innovate and strategize: Experiment with generative and retrieval-based models to identify new opportunities for automation and intelligence within financial services.

• Engage with clients: Collaborate closely with banking stakeholders to translate business needs into high-impact, compliant AI solutions.

• Shape our expertise: Contribute to thought leadership by publishing insights, presenting at conferences, or driving internal training focused on AI in financial services.

What You Bring

• A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MSc or PhD) are a plus.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in AI, with a focus on LLMs, RAG, and NLP in data-sensitive or regulated contexts.

• Consulting experience, ideally with financial institutions or projects involving regulatory compliance, document automation, or data-driven insights.

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, or Cohere.

• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).

• Project ownership skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; French or other languages are a plus.
