The position reports to the Head of our School of Data and includes the management of an apprentice in charge of operations (organizing training sessions and events for all offices)..

The job offers a great opportunity to learn with best in class providers and methodologies while still having lots of room to propose ideas and improvements. It is also a great opportunity to mix training dedicated to our employees and collaborating with B2B and B2C programs and bootcamps managed by the School of Data.

The scope of work covers the following:

  • Administrate, deploy and continuously improve our role-based curricula managed by the Learning module of Cornerstone
  • Accompany the design and rollout of  local and global training plan liaising with Managing Partners and HR Directors - Ensure the regular update of our skills grid and associated training courses
  • Design and deliver the Plan de Développement des Compétences for Paris office
  • Ensure the convergence of the training experience across our global offices
  • Select training providers and maintain a business relationship with them to guarantee the best learning experience for all Artefactors
  • Design and continuously improve our training programs such as the Onboarding week, the Management Base Camp and Partner Base camp, as well as designing new programs
  • Frame and communicate the program of our monthly Training Days
  • Define and monitor the execution of local and global training budgets
  • Accompany internal experts in instructional design activities, creating and maintaining our internal training materials
  • Monitoring of quality, regulatory constraints and certifications
  • Organize the training of internal trainers and the development of pedagogical skills
  • Articulate our internal training programs with external training provided for our corporate and individual clients

Any experience with Performance, Learning or Mailing systems are a plus. No previous experience with Cornerstone is required. 

What we expect from you:

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • A good understanding of the data stakes, activities, rôles and ecosystems
  • A professional or fluent level of English (oral and written)
  • Eagerness to learn, great organizational skills and autonomy
  • Initiative and strength of proposal
