This April, Artefact London will host an exclusive, invitation-only Assessment Day for high-potential graduates looking to start their career in Data & AI Consulting. You’ll spend the day at our London HQ, taking part in interactive group and individual assessments, meeting our consultants, and getting a genuine feel for life at Artefact. Following the Assessment Day, full-time Junior Consultant roles will be offered to the top 5 candidates, with a September 2026 start date.

What You’ll Do as a Junior Consultant

From day one, you’ll work on real client projects, supported by a Senior Consultant or Consulting Manager, and collaborate with experts across Strategy, Activation, Analytics, Data or Creation.

Based in our London office or working directly with clients, you’ll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. The diversity of your projects will put you at the heart of client challenges, helping you build strong data and AI expertise while rapidly developing your consulting skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the identification of client needs by conducting interviews with client teams and technology partners
• Contributing to the development, structuring and presentation of data & AI strategies and recommendations
• Supporting the coordination of cross-functional Artefact and client teams to successfully deliver data & AI solutions
• Organising and facilitating workshops and training sessions to support project delivery and client adoption
• Contributing to the development and presentation of proposals for prospective clients
• Taking part in training programmes to build the technical knowledge required for projects and stay up to date with emerging technologies
• Contributing to internal and external content, such as research publications, articles and business case development

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduating in 2026 (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Data, or a related discipline
• Minimum academic requirement: Bachelor’s degree with an Upper Second Class (2:1) or international equivalent
• Strong intellectual curiosity, dynamism and appetite for learning
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a high degree of autonomy
• Interested in consulting, data, and the real-world application of AI
